Primary Responsibility
Purpose of Job:Manage and integrate all sales activity which is done by account manager and formulate policy and sales strategy to meet sales revenue target defined by company Main Responsibility:• Define business plan and pipeline to achive sales target• Develop customer portfolio according to existing potential and opportunity• Develop pricing strategy according to customer characteristic and project• Define assignment strategy of the team member to handle customer/project, and monitor all activities to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and profitability• Monitor all business agreement are effective and according to regulation• Manage customer relationship and monitor project to ensure sustainability and loyalty• Ensure all invoicing according to timeline
Qualification
Qualification
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT related major
• At least 3 years experience in enterprise sales area and at least 1 year in managerial position
• Experience in IT company is more favorable
• Having broad knowledge in IT specifically in software area • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill • Excellent motivation and leadership skill • Good command in English (oral and written) • Energetic and easy going • Good skill in Microsoft Office • Willing to regularly travel within Jabodetabek, and sometimes to outside Jabodetabek
