Primary Responsibility
- Direct, integrate, and oversee the design & implementation of comben system including salary & benefit structure, adjustment & alignment structure, survey in order to unsure the effectiveness & competitiveness of comben of the company within the industries & market- Direct & oversee people acquirement process based on business & operations requirement from all departments, in order to ensure the availability & quality & human resource to support company’s business and operations- Determine recruitment & acquisition strategy (permanent, job outsourcing)- Determine strategy of people development (training, on the job experience, job rotation), people motivation & retention (compensation & benefit), development of positive working climate, talent management (succession planning, replacement, promotion, regeneration), and people or resource allocation (centralization or decentralization)- Determine process in managing HR operation automation- Determine proper system for coaching & mentoring for field operations people

Qualification
- At least 10-experience in Human Resource Management- Bachelor or Master degree from any reputable university- Having a strong Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Management, Change Leadership and Relationship Building- Having knowledge about Impact & Influence, Business Acumen, Industry Relations- Good Teamwork, Flexibility, Communication Skill and Interpersonal Understanding
