Primary Responsibility
• Increase business occupancy room, functions rooms and promote the identify of the through establishing and maintining good relathionship with a number of clients working to meet the departmental sales Target• Surprise the sales team in order to maximize business• Able to develop the skill and spirit of the associates• Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas• Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in hospitality industry • Knowledge of the product and competitive environment is required• Previous supervisory or management experience in sales, marketing, public relations and/or the tourism industry is required • A university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related field is required
