Primary Responsibility
• Fulfill talent acquisition requisition in timely manner according to the established requirements• Prepare candidate pool for talent succession in the organization
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prepare Job Ads and post jobs to appropriate job board• Source and Attract active and passive candidates by using various recruitment channels including Linkedin, Job boards, Job Fairs, gathering events, etc• Screen candidate resumes and job applications• Conduct Phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews• Report daily activities directly to Human Resource Assistant Manager

• Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.0• Minimum 2 years working experience as Recruiter, Proven experience in Recruitment Agency is highly preferred• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Knowledge in Data Analytics is an advantage)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Familiar with IOS and Android apps• Fluent in Verbal and Written English• Willing to work in PASAR KEMIS, TANGERANG
Additional Requirements:
• Intermediate Skill in Behavioral Event Interview is an advantage• Possess the ability to work fast, manage priorities under limited time constraint, and able to perform under high pressure• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
