Primary Responsibility
Detail Job Summary :• Detailed Identify and analyze the problems that hinder HR Department’s KPI to improve HR Department’s performance• Coordinate change management project to improve HR Department’s performance and maximize HR strategic impact in the organization• Identify, analyze, and clear the ‘bottlenecks’ to ensure the smooth operational execution• Coordinate strategic and operational meeting regularly with cross-divisional team to ensure the excellent monitoring of operational execution and alignment both in internal and external Human Resources• Advise Chief of Human Resources through strategic solution recommendation in Human Resources matter
Responsibilities and Duties :• Prepare Human Resources biweekly and quarterly report and analysis to advise Chief of Human Resources in decision making process• Liaise with all manager division to communicate Human Resources policies and systems through various communication channels• Develop, monitor, and analyze HR Dashboard and databases to measure department’s performance• Design Standard Operating Procedures and Forms to manage medium to long-term risk and prevent future problems• Monitor Human Resources monthly cost to ensure the effectivity and the efficiency usage of HR budget

Minimum Requirements :• Bachelor Degree in any field with minimum GPA 300 (preferably Human Resources / Information System• Minimum 4 years of working experiences with strong work performance record• Good knowledge in general Human Resources area, including but not limited to Recruitment, People Development, Personnel, Payroll, and Labor System • Possess the ability to lead project involving cross-functional team• Proficient to use Ms Office (Ms Excel, Power Point, and Word)• Willing to travel for the jobs• Willing to work in Pasar Kemis – Tangerang
Additional Requirements :• Good adaptability to the rapid changes• Strong leadership skill but possess the ability to works with minimal supervision• Excellent organizational and persuasive communication skill in verbal or written• Possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively to all level and Good Leadership• Strong in data analysis, problem solving, and report writing skill through data in numeric / graph concept• Possess the ability to work fast, manage priorities under limited time constraint, and able to perform under high pressure
