Primary Responsibility
Job Summary:• Your daily tasks is responding to customers or shippers questions or in some cases complaints• Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location• Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc You will responsible to:• Prepare export shipping documents accurately and within the time limit required• Monitor all cost involved in export activities according to allocated budget• Negotiate with external party including forwarder and EMKL to obtain the best rate possible• Provide weekly shipment planning to Sales Manager and monitor the progress for each shipment• Ensure compliance in export shipping documents and procedures

• Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline, preferably Marketing/Communication/Business Administration Bachelor Degree is a plus• Minimum 2 years experiences, preferably in Export Sales/Marketing• Strong knowledge of export procedures• Previous background in freight forwarder or shipping line will be considered as a plus• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must, skill in other language will be considered as a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Willing to work in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Additional Requirements:• Have strong organizational skills and enjoys client contact• Pay attention to detail, has an understanding of the basic accounting processes involving quotes and invoicing• Have a good communication skills, and able to work in a team
