Primary Responsibility
Gift Card Indonesia is looking for a VP Operation who will oversees day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of an organization. We’re looking for someone who can help bring a new perspective and fresh ideas while still focus on strategic planning and goal-setting, and direct the operations of the company in support of its goals . By measuring progress and adjusting processes accordingly, the VP of operations keeps the entire organization on track.You will be responsible managing distribution process (receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment and returns processing), call center (customer care, order management, performance measurements), production (liaise with vendor and internal card production processing) and information technology (operations systems, internal tech support, new technologies). This position will report directly to the president/CEO and will serve as a member of the executive team.
Key Responsibility : 1. Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations. 2. Develop and direct the management of the company’s remote fulfillment/distribution center that will ensure fast order processing, accurate inventory control, proper and timely receipt/stocking of goods, cost-efficient shipping direct to customers and effective processing of returns. Manage logistics and outbound transportation processes, negotiate with all 3rd party vendors. Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization. 3. Develop and direct the management of the customer call center to ensure customer satisfaction, improved call efficiency, low abandonment, increased revenue through promotional programs and improved employee product knowledge and training. Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues. 4. Support the management of the information technology department to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization. Select and maintain order management systems, data warehousing, e-commerce infrastructure and manage Web development. Oversee all company telecommunication systems and support. Ensure that company is migrated toward technology offerings that will generate higher efficiency, enhanced reporting and tracking capabilities and substantial ROI. 5. Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction. 6. Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to CEO for consideration. 7. Participate in vendor negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency. 8. Managing big number of people in back office department, production department, purchasing and inventory control department.

1. 7 - 10 years of broad experience in operational field.2. Strong background from payment infrastructure and banking are mostly welcome. 3. Fluent in English, verbally and written communication.4. Possess strong communication skills in both informal and formal settings.5. Translate strategic vision into an actionable plan.6. Make decisions from a strong customer orientation and market analysis.7. Use sound judgment to make good decisions at the right time.8. Exhibit excellent leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills.9. Make timely and appropriate changes in thinking, plans, and methods.10. Commit to continuous learning and professional development.
