Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible to provide technical support and maintain products’ on customer’s site.Your work hours will be based on shifts.You will work in teams to provide the best technical support on customer experience.Your responsibilities and activities include:• Monitor the system performance• Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred on production system.• Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work.• Write technical documents and reports for customer.• Communicate knowledge and solutions to customer.

Qualifications and Education RequirementsDiploma's in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major.Maximum 30 years old of ageLive in Bandung Preferred Skills
• Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities• Basic Java Programming• Had experiences with Unix/Linux platform and shell scripting (sh, bash, korn and perl are preferred).• Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred)• Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred)
