Primary Responsibility
Responsible for executive Housekeeping and Front Office. He/She manages the general operation of the front office e.g. Reception, Reservations, Concierge, Switchboard and Night Manager. A rooms Division Manager is directly reporting to the resort Manager
PERSONAL SERVICE DELIVERY: Delivers brand promise through achieving a minimum 90% score in service fundamental execution measured through the daily audit system
PROBLEM SOLVING: Diagnoses and searches for acceptable and practical solutions to problems
COOPERATING AND LIAISING: With other departments-Principally Marketing where close work the Reservations Manager will be required to arrive at optimum rate yields through reservation activity. Directs communication between Front office and Housekeeping for seamless service service to guests
RESOURCE: Employs, deploys, disciplines and maintains department talent. Maintains the team planning for succession and assisting each Rooms Division and Housekeeping service team member to achieve their full potential both the hotel and for their own personal goals. Conducuts regular appraisals on immediate reports as dictated by properly policy. Maintains complete job descriptions for each job function
TRAINING: Works with HR Manager to determine training needs
Fulfillment of individual training plans to over 90% level
Directs and follow up that trtaining is conducted at each dept briefing daily
SECURITY: To safeguard the Departmental and hotel's interests in its exposure to risks for public liability and other risks through developement of sound policies and procedures
EXECUTING: Executing hotel Policies & Procedures as approved by the Resort Manager

Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospotality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese,French
At least 5 Year(s) of working expereince in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Front Office, Housekeeping, Secuity
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
