- Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Asst.Personnel Manager- Educational background in Hotel Management, Education, or Industrial Psychology- High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint programs- Ability to perform personnel needs analyses, create employee plans and conduct training evaluations- Familiarity with budgeting- Good relations ship with Government and villager
