Primary Responsibility
• Help head of ops develop strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and improve employee retention and employee development• Drive company fun activities and make sure people are happy Be able to communicate good news and bad news well• Create tight loophole-proof HR documents that prevent the companies from being sued or have legal problems• Understand Indonesia’s legal system and can give advice on how to approach a clever solution that’s safe yet effective from legal perspective• Create HR Policies that follow best practice• Construct payroll and understand tax related to payroll, employee benefits and others• Negotiate best price for best compensation package from insurance vendors, and other vendors• Handle employees request and understand how to best handle their complaints, concerns and question in a diplomatic and reasonable way• Negotiate with current and potential employees to retain and close them

• Relevant Education background• Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience with a proven track record in same position• Effectively writing & spoken English• Team Player• Hotel Industry background
