Primary Responsibility
As part of the Internet Banking implementation team, the candidate must be able to contribute in following roles:
Customer onboarding support, the candidate must have the capabilities to promote Internet Banking and to assist customers during Internet Banking onboarding process.
Impementation support, the candidate must be able to provide hands-on support internet banking implementation and develop a thorough engagement report.
Troubleshooting support, the candidate must be able to provide 1st layer support during Internet Banking application trouble shooting, including assist in UAT testing and production implementation review.

Maximum 30 years old
S1 majoring IT
Excellent minimal MS Office (Word, Excel dan Power Point)
Good knowledge in web application system, especially Internet Banking web application.
Excellent logical thinking required in system troubleshooting and testing activities.
Fresh Graduate, diutamakan ada pengalaman dibidang IT Support.
Required Technical skills:
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Good knowledge in web application system, especially Internet Banking web application
