Primary Responsibility
- Bake breads, rolls, pastries, pies, cookies, cakes and other item
- Excellent for baking technical knowlegde
- Constantly oversees product quality and make necessary modifications and creating recipe
- Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through baking of delicious bakery product
- Strictly aware to food safety laws and standarts while preparing bakery products
- Leading, training and develop SOP
Qualification
Qualification
- Max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Required language(s): English and Indonesia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (as Head Baker)
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Have knowledge in baking process, start from measuring, mixing ingredients, roll and cut or otherwise shape the dough according to the specifications of the recipe. The final tasks in the production process involve baking shape dough and decorating the final product
- Have a good experience make bread, rolls, pastries, pies, cookies, cakes and a variety of savory dishes in western and Indonesian food
- Strong focus on safety, quality of work and environmental awareness
- Professionalism and great customer service sills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, accuracy and good problem solving skills
- Honest, hardworking, careful and highly motivated
