Primary Responsibility
Responsible for the collection of assets.
To control the condition and availability of office equipment.
Responsible for the control and maintenance of facilities and buildings.
To coordinate and control the passage of safety and hygiene company environment.
Manage files GA administration.
Addressing the needs and support the needs of the branch.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings, generators, electricity, water and telephone.
Qualification
Qualification
Age maximum 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Human ResourceManagement or equivalent
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Knowing about Restaurant operational equipment (kitchen and services area), Pest Control, Mechanical, Electrical and Construction in general
Target - process - execution - result - PDCA oriented
Good leadership, interpersonal skill, strong in analytical, problem solving and decision making.
Initiative, Proactive, Communicative, Highly self-motivated, Strong Integrity, very attention to detail
Applicants must be willing to work in mobile supervising all outlets (currently : central- south- north Jakarta)
