Primary Responsibility
Coordinate with Customers
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to reservation systems from customers
Create training manuals and deliver training to users
Get feedback from customers about reservation systems
Ensure issue has been resolved by cooordinating with customers and software engineers
Create reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Transfer technical programming problems to software engineers
Test programming codes in the client’s operational activities
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/ Transportation/ Travel Agent Management or equivalent (Min GPA 2.7)
No work experience required
Dynamic, willing to work the extra miles to ensure deadlines are met
Willing to handle client beyond office hours
Understand business transportation’s procedure
Perfection for quality results
Good communication skill
Ability to work in team
Willingness to travel
English proficiency is an advantage
