- Monitor the network 24x7 and 1st level fault analysis and troubleshoot
- Fault Management for those trouble which can't be solve on time, front office will escalate and follow up the trouble Escalate and follow up to next level and management team if the trouble can't be solve on time
- Handling customer complaint act as prime interface for Indosat complaint, collect and classify the technical complaints
- Onsite replacement on Module failed during operation
