Primary Responsibility
One of our client, leading FMCG promoter, are looking for the best candidates in Jakarta
Write minutes and send meeting minutes to attendees for all meetings
- Liaise and arrange all meeting schedules
- Able to follow up on all outstanding matters
- Liaise and prepare all documents for company’s statutory obligatory administration such as tax submission, corporate secretary, accounting, and etc, internally or with external partners
- Source, interview and recruit new employees
- Perform Other related duties as required
Qualification
Qualification
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Berhasa.
- Degree in Law / Accountancy
- About 0-2 years of personal assistant experience.
- Willing to learn driving and travel overseas for work
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Timely and accuracy in delivering outputs
