Primary Responsibility
• Consultant or Senior Consultant to support the BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)/Change Management Project in Finance company in Indonesia• Support Project Manager to proceed the project overall, collaborating with the team members, client employees and their management• Make active hearing with Indonesian employee, gather the information and analyses to distill the issues• Analyze and solve outstanding issues by involving the related parties• Consult, propose and advice the approach towards the goal of BPR and Change Management• Translate the Indonesian documents in English if required• Create the various documents like issue resolution, explanation presentation to the employees, company policy/procedures related to BPR and Change management• Facilitate and proceed the meeting utilizing the presentation/communication skill and lead the client• Report the progress/issue status to the relevant parties (PMO and client management)

• Age up to 30 years old• Business-level English in speaking/reading/writing• Has 3 to 10 years working experiences in Banking/Finance Industry or experience in business process analysis or strategy consulting in the Consulting/Accounting Firm• Experience in Corporate Planning, New Business start-up, M and A experience in any other company• Has knowledge in Corporate Head Quater Business Process such as Accouting, Human Resource, Corporate planning and General Affair• Hands on in using like Microsoft Office and others (especially Power Point, Excell and word)• Strong in logical, flexible thinking and numeric analyze skill• Ability to write clearly, concisely and work within the deadline• Ability to work on multi-task (to execute short term projects simultaneously)• Continuous effort to take well communication within the team• Work attitude based on customer focus perspective• Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative• Bachelor degree as a minimum education from reputable university with GPA 3.0 or more with 4.0 scale
