Primary Responsibility
1. Projecting sales every quarter in format “what to sell, whom to sell, and when to sell”.
2. Planning visit schedule each month.
3. Follow up selling to increase sales omset with customer which is his/her responsibility
4. Trying to do sales diligently to achieve sales targets set by the company.
5. Building good relationship with customer.
6. Collecting information about the operations of customers, competitors, and other information related to the company's business activities, and report to the relevant manager.
7. Deal with all the problems that arise such as orders, correspondence, complaints, making sample goods, etc. from customers who handle.
8. Provide the general technical services to increase sales and to provide best sales service to our customer.
9. Coordinating with technical and lab division to support technical service with customer which is his/her handled.
10. Consulting with Project Manager in execute task each days.
11. Doing any additional task if needed.
12. Direct responsible to Project Manager.
Qualification
Qualification
Male/female, age 25-30 years old
Min. GPA 2.75 (Mayor from Chemical engineering, chemist, or science (MIPA) is point plus)
Preferably have min. 2 years experience in same field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Good in communication, presentation, and negotiation
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a point plus)
Honest, high motivation, and be able to work under pressure
Hard worker and aggressive in selling
Ability to work with team or individual
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Internet.
Has car driving license (SIM A)
