Primary Responsibility
- Oversees the day-to-day accounting for revenue activities
- Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate monthly Financial Analysis/Statements on key items such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to better understand financial performance and variance between actual, forecast and budget
- Review and prepare accurate monthly General Ledger Accounting, Account Reconciliations and Journal Entries
- Continuous improvement of existing accounting processes and maintain excellent internal controls
- Generate and analyze Tax Calculations and Reporting
- Prepare Annual Tax Reporting (SPT Tahunan Badan, PPh 21 dan restitusi PPN)
- Prepare all the relevant Monthly Tax Reporting applicable to the company (such as SPT Massa 21, 23, 25, pasal 4 ayat 2, PPN, etc)
- Understand Standard Akuntansi Keuangan Indonesia for the retail and property development industry
- Respond and coordinate inquiries from Tax Consultant, General Manager and Directors regarding accounting reporting and tax calculation results

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Tax concentration within an Accounting program is required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting
- Familiarity with Accurate accounting program is preferred
- Advanced analytical and Ms Excel skills
- Proficient with Ms Word and Ms Powerpoint
- Self-motivated and able to handle & prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate key information
- Initivative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Brevet A/B/C Certification
- Deep knowledge of Tax Regulation
- Detailed oriented, sharp analytical and quantitative skills
