Primary Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and manage strategic promotion plans to increase sales and meet monthly sales goals set by management
- Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales projections
- Manage, develop and motivate sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a strong level of customer relations
- Build relationship with partnership stores, vendors, prospective customers to drive sales
- Organize daily sales associates schedules
- Create effective product advertising, marketing initiatives, and sales strategy
- Oversee and manage all pre- and post-sale activities
- Manage offline and online sales, and maintain an excellent social media marketing account for the company
- Develop and maintain an attractive and welcoming showroom floor
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience with furniture sales or luxury retail
- Management skills which emphasize and can motivate excellence and high performance results from the sales team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to make complex decisions on pricing
- Excellent knowledge of sales & marketing strategies
- Passionate in interior decors and home styling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Highly driven, positive, customer oriented, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Strong closing skills, follow up and follow through on prospective customers
- Proficient in MS Office
- Technological skills, especially social media skill
