Primary Responsibility
- Achieve monthly and annual net written sales plan and profit margin goals
- Collaborates with corporate departments including HR, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Purchasing and IT to ensure organizational standards are met
- “Top line” revenue that exceeds targeted expectations through incremental improvement in sales proficiency and “bottom line” profit margin through management of sales, gross margin, payroll, and expenses
- Leads and directs the work of all Sales Consultants to ensure a professional, engaging and customer-friendly environment at all times
- Determine and communicate sales schedule for all employees
- Review daily sales report to track performance towards sales goals
- Ensure store security at all times in compliance with company policy and procedure
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds established sales goals through customer retention, lead follow-up, and sale close rate for assigned location
- Routinely inspect sales floor to ensure cleanliness, organization, and review tags for accuracy
- Leads the daily showroom sales meeting to set goals and energize the sales staff
- Ensures understanding of all company promotions in order to accurately explain to customers and Sales Consultants
- Participate in physical inventory of showroom when necessary
- Actively participates in the recruiting and interviewing process for all new employees in the company
- Conducts weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews for all Sales Consultants on time
- Ensures understanding of the Sales Commission and Bonus Structure in order to accurately interpret and answer employee questions
- Ensure the existence of a healthy flow of communication throughout the entire store team, with open and honest communication flowing equally in both directions
- Complete other duties assigned at the discretion of management
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing is preffered
- 5-7 years’ experience in retail sales
- Bring energy to the entire store team through vision, personal passion, motivation to greatness, and high expectation
- Demonstrated Leadership skills, starting with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- Work well independently or part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office skill is a must
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to read, write, and speak Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
- Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin is a plus
- Willing to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Able to provide both concise and in depth reports to Management
