Primary Responsibility
- Directs and works on recruitment, total compensation, employee relations and training and development
- First layer reviewing and sorting of all the candidates applying for the new job roles
- Draft and post new job postings as needed by the company
- Workforce planning, recruiting, and staffing
- Manage employees’ evaluation process
- Review employees’ performance using KPI
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the human resources and management operations
- Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
- Self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines
