Primary Responsibility
- To implement national sales and marketing strategy and work with sales director to achieve the set sales revenue targets- To develop the brand to be a market leader in each categories- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new clients, providing product information and demonstrations- Work with team to ensure product and services are delivered as per customer expectation- Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ sales and product strategies in Indonesia and keep abreast of industry trends, monitoring building project tender

Qualification
- Male/Female,30-45 years oldMinimum Bachelor degree (S1)/Master Degree (S2)in Architecture/Civil Engineering from reputable university- Minimum 5 years experiences as Building Project Sales Manager- Self-driven and possess a sense of ownership- Highly motivated (Results Orientated), able to take initiatives and work in team.- Having strong leadership skills & management skills and become role model- Having capabilities in communication, negotiation, organizing.- Have successful track record building and selling other brands of building facades materials in Indonesia- Having a good relationship with Indonesia's big architecture firms, contractors, applicators, and developers is an advantage- Having skills in building sales team and team player- Fluent in English both spoken & written- Willing to have business travelling around Indonesia, if needed
