Primary Responsibility
This role requires you to plan and execute creative publishing initiatives, including curation and creation of content that arouses interest and engages the community throughout all digital and social platforms
Execute a content strategy across multiple digital channels for customer engagement, lead generation and conversion
Develop and manage editorial calendars for Indonesia and Singapore
Write and edit emails, blog posts, engage other writers, content producers and influencers to distribute and create new content
Understand and analyse key metrics to measure effectiveness, and use insights to optimize content
Work closely with potential vendors for idealization and execution of specific campaigns
Ensure that all communication is aligned with company branding and tone of voice
Qualification
Qualification
Min. 3 years of experience as an editor, writer, or editorial content planner in an agency
Ability to produce a variety of content, including action-oriented emails to community, narrative blog posts, social media posts, interviews etc in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Passion for developing sound content strategy, determining message hierarchies, and developing user experiences that communicate exactly the right message to the right person at the right time
Able to work under tight timelines and in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Highly motivated, with an absolute hands-on mentality
Ability to work independently in a complex and fast changing environment
Fluent in English
