The Social Media Manager is our eyes and ears on the ground – the voice of our customers while continue to be an advocate for our brand. This role requires daily engagement with our customers, with the ultimate goal of getting new fans and turning fans into customers.
Developing relevant content topics to reach the our brand’s target audience
Work closely with content team to participate in consumer conversation and interaction, and assist in the content productions for distribution on social media
Developing and expanding our community and outreach efforts
Overseeing our brand values, look & feel, tone of voice and aesthetics across all social media channels – especially Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Youtube
Analyze key metrics of social media content success and tweak strategy
Managing influencers and influencer outreach activities
Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social
Spearhead the process of social advertising and content promotion across social media platforms, optimizing for the client’s objectives
