Primary Responsibility
Pre-Production
Research on target market & trends for brainstorming requirements
Create creative & effective ideas as many as possible individually prior to group brainstorming session
Find references Create rough mockups/content samples
Create proposal decks
Create campaign timeline
Production
Brief internal team & third-party vendors
Supervise every output that related to production (copy & visual)
Ensure every outputs from all divisions to be aligned with the big strategy and as creative as possible
Post Production
Monitor Campaign performance, daily
Raise problems to Internal Team if any maneuvers are needed
Qualification

20 - 28 yo, preferably still in millennial generation
Can multi-task well
People Person
Fresh graduates are welcomed, or,
Experienced in marketing or agency for at least 1-2 years
Experienced in digital industry for at least 1-2 years
Have more or less skills in various fields: strategy planning, creative execution, visual design, photography, videography, social media, and copywriting
Ability to orchestrate Internal Team to execute creative outputs based on approved plan
Passionate in creating creative and effective ideas
Passionate in both travel and photography industries
Aware of current and upcoming trends of the world
