Primary Responsibility
Head of Content and Social Media is a person who will lead Content & Social media team to win the product and brand in Content and Social Media sphere. In the nutshell, this role will be responsible to oversee all the content & social media marketing initiative across multiple platforms and formats to drive awareness, engagement, sales and retention. This position will collaborate with PR, marketing, CRM and IT to translate the brand into meaningful stories to our customer. Hence, this individual is an expert in all things related to contents, channel, branding and analytic.
Responsibility
Leading Content & Social Media team to develop content initiative in all forms to drive new and current business.
Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person.
Mapping out content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.
Keeping up with competitive environment and consumer trends.
Strategising content calendar throughout the year in which need be contextualised to the special occassion and/or season.
Developing and optimising workflow and team structure to promote effectiveness and efficiency, including participation in team hiring.
Actively involved and leading the editorial process of each contents produce to publish. Including to ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
Maintaining relationship with related stakeholders such as PR agencies, content creators, media publishers, etc.
Monitoring and Maximising search engine optimisation process to increase organic traffic to website.
Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators / Targets for all contents and social media activities, and identify gaps for further improvement including creation of periodical content report and analysis to create insights.
Instigating the use of various tools (such as social media monitoring tools, analytic, etc) to increase content & social media performance.
Qualification
Qualification
Multilingual abilities (English & Bahasa Indonesia).
3-5 Years of experience as leader in content and social media marketing.
Passionate in travel. Ability to lead and inspire team at large.
Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
Excellent negotiator and mediator.
Incredible people skills. Fluency in web analytics tools (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (HootSuite, Tweetdeck, etc.) and leading social media monitoring platforms (Radian6, etc.).
Have excellent view on marketing strategy and creative.
Enthusiastic and energetic.
Good organizational and time-management skills
BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant fields.
