Primary Responsibility
- Coordinating and participating with internal parties to prepare and implement new degree/non degree programs to run on time
- Coordinating internal parties to prepare implementation of existing degree/non degree programs to run well
- Coordinating with external parties (vendors, university and non-university partners) to prepare and implement a new degree/non degree program in order to run well
- Coordinating with external parties (vendors, university and non-university partners) to prepare and implement the development of existing degree/aon degree programs to run well
- Managing the scheduling of each designated program under the auspices of Lead, Project Management, to be monitored to run smoothly
- Providing periodic or urgent updates related to preparation issues for implementation of program launch
- Creating and providing weekly progress reports of each program handled to the relevant internal and external parties
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable university
- Have enough experience in project management for multiple projects in the same time
- Have advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, Google Docs, and nternet research
- Have excellent skills in communication and management, presentation, time and conflict management
- Have good problem solving and innovative
- Have high self initiative/self starter and can work independently without supervision
- Have good aability to work with tight deadline
- Have cheerful and outgoing, cool headed personality
