ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Head of Partner Management is responsible for building and managing Helpster’s network of workers (partners) across Indonesia. You will develop and execute plans to grow our partner network including the recruitment/acquisition of new workers and retention and loyalty of existing partners. You will also be responsible for managing the Partner Operations team, who ensures the fulfillment of jobs in the platform – making sure we have qualified partners ready and available to deliver on our clients (employers) requests. You need to be an ambitious, driven, problem solver who really understands the local staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
NETWORK GROWTH – Develop and execute strategies for exponentially growing Helpster’s network of job seekers
RETENTION – Devise and deploy programs to retain partners, and to encourage their frequent participation in the platform
JOB FULFILLMENT – Ensure the timely and efficient of fulfillment of all client requests with qualified workers. This also includes addressing all worker support issues
DATA / ANALYTICS – Have a data driven approach to everything you do. Develop and leverage BI tools to drive decision making
LEADERSHIP – Driving a high performance culture and behaviors across the team

Qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Staffing / Recruitment Outsourcing industry, preferably responsible for blue collar type roles
Proven track record scaling and building teams
Experience in a startup environment is preferred
Ability to find creative ways around problems, and a drive to get things done
A desire to really make a difference
