Primary Responsibility
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a someone with an amazing execution abilities, great management and leadership capabilities to work alongside CEO to build the future of coworking in Indonesia. Ideally, you should have experienced in one of the core areas of a coworking business: operations, sales & marketing, events, or community management.
You have to be ready to carry out one of the most challenging, but rewarding jobs in growing our company and community. We are looking for a mega superstar for this position, who has aligned values with REWORK: enterpreneurship, exceeding expectation, and creating impactful work everyone we touch.
The role may expand depending on your success increasing the financial strength and scope of the space as a whole, and setting a strategic vision with the founders.
DAILY OPERATIONS
Under your management, every location we run should run smoothly without a glitch. You’ll be responsible over everything within each space, and every member and guest experience: from cleanliness, internet, room and space bookings, event management, all the way down to what music we play and what beverages we serve. You must have an uncanny project management skills and super detail oriented.
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGERIAL:
Experience in managing a team of 5 or more and drive them to achieve their KPIs
Ensure all tasks are carried out by team members and that they grow and develop everyday
Conduct interviews of positions needed within the operations team
PROFIT & LOSS:
You will be in charge of managing the operations and P/L of multiple coworking locations: space is at 100% occupancy, members are happy, events are 100% booked.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
You must be PERFECT in English and Indonesian, verbally and in writing. You will potentially have to work with a lot of foreigners who do not speak Indonesian and you will need to curate all written communications in English before it goes out.
Savvy at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Some experience in building or reviewing financial model and P&L of a business.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a highly self-managed & motivated person, able to perfectly multi-task, have a high standard and excited to work in a collaborative environment. You will have good organizational skills and be able to see what needs to get done and make it happen. You will also have excellent communication skills, to interface with desk renters, the existing network, founders, investors and externally on social media.
Ideally: 5 years of experience in relevant field, solid Operational background, some Real Estate experience (dealing with tenant and landlords), have experience in starting/opening office from start and responsible for the whole operation.
