ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Country Manager role is a demanding yet rewarding position. As the head of the market, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our business in your country. You will need to drive both the growth and usage of the Helpster platform across the country, as well as being responsible for operational excellence and ensuring the quality of the Helpster experience for both job seekers and employers. Marketing, social media, PR, customer support, and P&L management are all part of the CM role. You need to be an ambitious, driven, problem solver who really understands the local market.
Responsibilities
SALES –Achieve revenue targets by employing effective sales strategies to sign up employers
MARKETING –Set and drive marketing strategy to maximize customer acquisition across both job seekers and employers
WORKER ACQUISITION –Develop and execute strategies for exponentially growing Helpster’s network of job seekers
BRAND BUILDING –Using PR and social media channels to create a brand that is known as the “Go-To” for blue collar jobs in your country
DATA / ANALYTICS –Have a data driven approach to everything you do. Develop and leverage BI tools to drive decision making across the organization
PARTNERSHIPS –Drive local partnerships across industries that will help drive scale and market defensibility
LEADERSHIP –Driving a high performance culture and behaviors across the team
PROFITABILITY –Managing budgets and costs, with a focus on profitability
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Country Manager / CEO position
Proven track record scaling and building businesses
Experience in a startup environment
Ability to find creative ways around problems, and a drive to get things done
A desire to really make a difference
