Primary Responsibility
Responsible for managing and developing human resources, including planning, implementation, monitoring, human resources and the development of quality human resources.
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of employees.
Responsible for asset management companies
Make SOP associated with staffing
Responsible for disciplining employees
Carry out other duties assigned by the leadership of the company.
Qualification
Qualification
Male, maximum age 35 yrs old
Graduate from Psychology,minimum S1
Minimum of 2 years work experience in the same position especially in HRD & General Affair
Mastering in Labor Law & Administrative Personnel
Familiar with Distribution Company
Communicative, good motivation and high integrity
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
