Primary Responsibility
Responsibilities:
Aggressively engage with multiple contacts at prospects via telephone, email, web and in person meetings to educate and drive them through the sales process
Define sales strategies working collaboratively with sales team and management
Execute customer centric meetings, presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person with key decision-makers and influencers
Develop high impact proposals, market leadership, and unique value as a partner
Manage all aspects of the close process • Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis
Manage and document sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities and future planned activities
Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise and market feedback

Qualification
Open for fresh graduate or experienced
Male/Female max. 30 years old, attractive and self-driven
Experience selling into one of the following areas highly beneficial
Must have track record demonstrating strong strategic marketing, sales, and collaborative skills
Be a strategic and creative thinker who can address business challenges and respond to opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, agencies, and other organizations in order to identify possible new business opportunities
Capable of managing a queue of fast moving projects and tasks in parallel
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills; exceptional presentation skills
Superior active listening skills and the ability to translate customer needs to opportunities
Personal interest in and strong aptitude for understanding advertising campaigns, direct, relationship and digital marketing; willing to learn and research the technical details.
Ability to work in startup environment
Demonstrated understanding of and success in the sales life-cycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing sales
Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment
Experience utilizing sales CRM tools such as salesforce.
