Primary Responsibility
• Will handle recruitment process, from receiving job requistion, post a job advertising, selecting and invite candidate for test and interview, offering and onboarding the new employee• Maintain Organization staff by estabilishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counceling managers on candidate selection, • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource management or equivalent.• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Familiar with technique behaviral based interview and assestment tools• Familiar with classical recruitment process• having a good negotiation skill, good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to interact with employee from all level• Having Leadership spirit, strong in operation, energic and fast learner
