Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
- Required language: English
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Have a strong knowledge of recruitment process, manpower regulation, training, organizational development
- Has experience in negotiating with Labor Union in Manufacturing Company
- Strong leadership and good communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation
- Assists in the development and implementation of programs or information regarding HR policies, SOP or information
- Performance and talent management (manage, advice, and assist the performance review, KPI setting, and talent pool)
- Assists with investigating a variety of employee related issues, incidents, and complaints
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to self-motivate, team player attitude, paying respect to deadlines and attention details
