Primary Responsibility
Effectively handle customer requests & orders in a polite and friendly manner
Monitor progress of requests & operations as they arise
Solve customer problems ranging from simple to complex and resolve complaints
Build lasting business relationships with new & current customers
Maintain call center database
Be a friendly face of our brand, providing hospitality & customer services

Excellent phone skills in polite Bahasa & simple English
Basic IT Skills & ability to learn
Detail oriented, accurate, punctual and organized
History of success in customer service is a plus (Fresh graduates welcome)
