Primary Responsibility
• You will manage day-to-day Ops activities - loan processing & collections• You will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure that Ops agents adhere to it for successful implementation, advancement of company goals and practices• You will work out a strategy or alternative methods of efficiency for improving SOP and controlling change in SOP• You will analyze statistics and present findings higher management• You will manage quality assurance (QA) programs and standard • You will collaborate with internal teams (engineering, analytics, and products) to bring our products from design to delivery• You will train and supervise new employees, tracking, and measuring their performance• You will set, review and manage budget for Ops department

• Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced start-up environment with highly driven team• Strong ability to make good decisions• People person personality with strong managerial ability to lead a team to success• A Bachelor Degree• 5 years working experience in finance/ lending industry with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial position
