Primary Responsibility
• Develop and implement HR strategies to meet company objectives in areas of culture, evaluation, retention• Develop and champion company values and policies that guide conducts• Manage HR activities (recruitment, orientation, appraisal, training, coaching, disciplining, payroll, HRIS)
Qualification
Qualification
• Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree in HR, Business Studies, or Psychology from reputable university• Min 4-year experience in HRD (F&B industry a plus) and familiar with labor laws• Excellent leadership & an effective communicator across departments and employees• Willing to work at Kedoya (Jakarta Barat)
