Primary Responsibility
We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Meets with management to determine the role, responsibilities, and experience necessary for an open role
Builds applicant resources by contacting universities, employment agencies, job boards, recruitment agencies, and more
Attracts applicants by placing ads on job boards, websites, and social media
Attend job fairs and careers events
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Arranges meetings between applicants and users
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualification
Qualification
Any major from reputable University. Preferably Psychology/ Human Resource Management
Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
