Primary Responsibility
Welcoming client at the agency
Accounting (basics)
Manage all the agencys providers
Process petty cash, expenses and monthly report, administering all of the invoices
Phone call to update property availability
Qualification
Qualification
PC Skills including Word Excel
Good communication skills
Good english both oral and written
Well organized, have a great administration and reporting skill
Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
PreferablyStaff (Non-management & non supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
