Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for job posting in media- Conducting recruitment and interview for new employees- Conduct new employee administration- Responsible for payroll all employees- Perform initial training for new employees- Responsible for employee monthly report- Handling personel administration (employee database, input absence)- General Affairs (Building maintenance, cleaning service, driver)

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)- Able to use Psychological Test (IST, Pauli, Krepllin, PAPI, BAUM, DAM, WZT, Grafolofy)- Able to work in team or individu- Able to work under pressure and deadlines- Active, Detail oriented, hard worker, honest
