Primary Responsibility
• Perform initial training for new employees• Responsible for employee monthly report• Handling personel administration (employee database, input absence)• Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent• At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)• Able to use Psychological Test (IST, Pauli, Krepllin, PAPI, BAUM, DAM, WZT, Grafolofy)• Able to work in team or individu• Able to work under pressure and deadlines• Active, Detail oriented, hard worker, honest
