Primary Responsibility
Develop and maintain HR Compliance Knowledge.
Develop current knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of new developments in the HR field.
Develop working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
Keeps abreast of document retention requirements.
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Willing to learn
Able to share knowledge and work well in a team-oriented environment
