Primary Responsibility
Your Task
Attract customers by providing information and answering questions about our product and services.
Record all customer transaction and update their accounts' information.
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
