Primary Responsibility
• He/She will responsible of performance sales and achieves targeted sales• Initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals and closing deals with new customer• Maintaining existing relationship with customers• Provide report of recording revenue and customer relationship progress Indentify new markets and business opportunities• Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties This practice will be technology-driven and leadership expected to identify best practices and consistently implement process improvements

• Possess a Bachelor degree from reputable University, majoring from any field GPA minimum 300• At least 2 year(s) professional experiences in related field is required for this position (Domestic Express, Land, Sea and Air Freight Industry)• Target and customer’s satisfaction oriented• Preferably has large customer base (Good Networking)• Good looking, passionate and creative• Knowledge of express and forwarding industry• Fast learner, good team player• Excellent communication in English and in Bahasa• Strong analytical skill and good in numbers• Have driving license and preferably have own vehicle• Preferably Staff – Officer (non management & non Coordinator)• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam, Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, Manado, Jayapura (please select one or more)• Full – Time position(s) available
