Primary Responsibility
Execute & Monitor all paid digital Marketing account in daily basis following respected marketing strategy lead to grow of brands awareness and new customer
Develop promotion calender timeline and dtrategy to generate conversion
Maintain number of AOV align with B2B monthly revenue target
Collaborating with Merchandising team, IT team and CS team to make sure digital marketing succesfully acquire new customer
Develop and test promotion mechanics
Forecasting promotion Conversion, AOV and revenue
Prepare weekly reporting, challenge, achievement to be discussed and elaborate together with marketing manager
Qualification
Qualification
Age 23 - 27 years old
Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or IT
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in digital agency or ecommerce as a end user executing various digital marketing
Good analytical thinking
Good excel skill
Target oriented
Having agile mindset to manage and completed each task assigned
Excellent communication, organizational and promotion management
Understand the concept of consumer buying funnel is a BIG PLUS
Must understand and able to operate Google adwords, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, facebook advertising and other advertising toolslike to leasrn new things
Have a design skill is a plus point full time position(s) available
