Primary Responsibility
• Handle recruitment process (from candidate search up to employment agreement signed)• Handle compensation & benefit employees (BPJS, Insurance, Overtime, etc)• Handle employee's administration record (attendance, rules, agreement, appraisal, database, etc)• Handle office & warehouse needs (including purchasing tasks)• Ensure company's legal document are valid and renewed • Ensure office in neat & clean condition

• Ready to join as soon as possible• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Accounting • English & Microsoft Office skills is a must • Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience in the related field is required • Update knowledge in ID Manpower Regulation• Work in detail, initiative & fully responsible person
