Primary Responsibility
Develop customized and focused customer journeys for target audience in APAC to drive customer engagement.
Build & implement the media plan for integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with local & global teams of digital marketing, events marketing, designers, product managers, sales, marketing, and external influencers and agencies to deliver the digital marketing strategy.
Manage, track & optimize the effectiveness of the digital strategy and social media platforms in APAC.
Find new, innovative ways to get our story heard & read by our target audience.
Develop strategies to promote live events and Meetups.

If you are an experienced digital marketing specialist with a passion and knowledge of the digital and payments landscape, we are looking for you to build and implement the digital marketing strategy in the region with a proven track record of managing online marketing campaigns that yield measurable results and ROI.
As our Online Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage high-impact online marketing that generates leads and new customers and students, from channels such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, search engine marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing, and other online sources.
You enjoy taking full ownership of multiple projects at the same time and managing every step of the project to completion. You must be experienced at creating project plans for marketing campaigns, and then rolling up your sleeves for tactical execution. Team management skills are a must as you lead other members of the marketing team to deliver results.
The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Asia Pacific regional marketing team working across a range of diverse marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Strategic thinker with experience across digital platforms and a passion for digital marketing.
Successful track-record of leading marketing initiatives through technology.
Experience managing in person and virtual teams, and a reputation for keeping everyone on track.
Proven project management and planning skills with the ability to oversee and implement multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously that have critical event timelines.
Track record in increasing conversion rates using key performance indicators and other techniques to constantly monitor, test, and improve sales results.
Avid user of social media and WEB2.0 platforms.
An understanding of digital marketing and its role in the marketing mix.
Experience integrating social media into digital marketing.
Experienced in building, implementing and reporting on campaigns using AdWords, Google Analytics and Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:(minimum requirement to perform job duties)
5+ years of industry experience, in business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing environment with strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Email Marketing.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent qualification(s). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing or Human Centered Design or a related discipline preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence virtual teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form).
