Primary Responsibility
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and Council on human resource and work related issues.- Perform other related duties as required- Create, manage, and monitor legal documents and company licenses and agreements.- Responsible to HR activities such as employee attendance and absence, recruitments, employment contract, memorandum, employee status, mutation, promotions, leave, BPJS, and others.- Doing disciplinary action on employees who violate or break company rules or policies- The list of duties and responsibilities outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks, which may be performed by an employee whose position has been matched to this generic job description

- Age maximum 30 years’ old- Education any Bachelor Degree in All Majors (preferably in Law/Psychology Major)- Having work experience more than 3 years- Hard worker, careful, and can work in team- Having good communication and interpretation skills- Having computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs (Microsoft Office) at a highly proficient level- Having special skills, such as can operate psychological tests, having understanding in the labor laws, payroll systems, etc
